Allison is a seasoned estate agent with over 25 years of experience in the property industry. After taking time away to pursue foster caring, she has returned to the profession she loves at Blackshaw Homes.

Allison specialises in vendor care, maintaining close relationships with our clients and reviewing properties that haven't yet sold. Her expertise in developing effective strategies to maximise viewings and generate interest has helped many Southend sellers achieve successful sales when other approaches have failed.

Paul is our Director and co-founder who has played a fundamental role in the success of Blackshaw Homes. With over 40 years of experience as a landlord, Paul has encountered and overcome virtually every pitfall imaginable in property management.

While no longer based in the office full-time, Paul remains actively involved behind the scenes, focusing on lettings management and business strategy. His wealth of experience continues to shape our approach to property management, benefiting landlords who choose Blackshaw Homes.

Paul's practical knowledge and business acumen have been instrumental in establishing our reputation as trusted estate agents in Southend. His ongoing involvement ensures we maintain the family values and personal service that set us apart from larger corporate agencies. 

Aaron is our dedicated Sales Negotiator, known for his proactive approach and strong focus on matching buyers with the right homes. Aaron liaises closely with vendors, providing regular feedback, pricing guidance, and updates on market activity.

He books and manages viewings, negotiates offers, supports sales progression, and helps coordinate surveys, mortgage brokers, and solicitors to keep transactions moving smoothly.

Amy serves as our Branch Secretary, expertly managing the administrative functions that keep Blackshaw Homes running smoothly. Her organisational skills ensure that all paperwork, appointments and client communications are handled efficiently.

With considerable experience in sales progression, Amy has built excellent relationships with local solicitors, surveyors and mortgage brokers across Southend. Her polite but firm approach helps to keep property sales moving forward to completion, even when challenges arise.

As our Sales Negotiator & Marketing Specialist, Saydee brings fresh energy and innovative thinking to Blackshaw Homes. At just 23, she combines natural sales talent with impressive technical skills that help our properties stand out in a competitive market.

Saydee specialises in proactively selling properties through her relentless approach to finding qualified buyers. Her skill in conducting accompanied viewings means potential purchasers see your home in its best light, with every feature expertly highlighted and questions answered professionally.

Her dual role as our in-house photographer and videographer ensures our properties are showcased through stunning imagery, cinematic property tours and drone footage. Jamie-Lee recently joined us as Property Manager, with a strong focus on lettings, inspections, and the essential administrative processes that keep portfolios running smoothly.

Jamie-Lee liaises with contractors to organise repairs and upgrades efficiently, tracks works to completion, and provides landlords with clear written reports and photographs, giving them confidence that their properties are professionally managed and protected through proactive communication, careful monitoring, and consistent service delivery for clients.

Linda heads our lettings department with 15 years of property management experience. Her extensive knowledge of landlord-tenant legislation and skilled handling of complex letting situations ensures our landlords' investments are always in safe hands.

Prior to her lettings career, Linda worked as a legal secretary for a local solicitors firm, giving her a solid foundation in property law and documentation. This background, combined with her methodical approach and attention to detail, makes her exceptionally good at navigating the increasingly complex world of property rentals.

Linda also manages our property maintenance service, arranging competitive quotes for landlords and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. Her commitment to providing a seamless service for both landlords and tenants has helped build our strong reputation in the Southend lettings market.

Kirsty has been with our London Mayfair Office for over 12 years, developing essential connections with national publications including the Metro, Telegraph, and other major UK newspapers.

Following a distinguished career with some of the industry's leading estate agencies, Nick founded Mayfair Office and Mayfair International Realty to create effective marketing channels between London and regional markets like Southend.

His extensive network of contacts in national media and property circles ensures our clients' homes receive maximum exposure to affluent London buyers looking to relocate to the coast.
