As a tenant, it is important you have the right level of protection during a tenancy.

According to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, one of the most common reasons for deposit disputes is accidental damage to the landlord's possessions during a tenancy - a spillage on the carpet for example.

Whilst we are not insurance brokers ourselves we can still assist you in finding suitable cover. Some of our landlords make it a condition of tenancy that you have adequate cover in place before the tenancy starts.

Tenants Liability Cover can start from as little as £6 a month and can cover you for up to £2500 of accidental damage to your landlord's fixtures, fittings and furniture.
